Applying for a letter of residence information in Thailand

To apply for a Driver’s License, Buying/Selling Vehicles, open a Bank Accounts, etc.

Application Form => Download here (can be requested at the information counter)
Copy of receipt of notification (TM.30)
Copy of previous notification of staying over 90 days (TM.47) (if any)
Copy of passport pages as follow;
- Copy of photo and information page
- Copy of arrival stamp page
- Copy of latest visa extension (if any)
- Copy of departure card TM.6 (if any)
No fees

Remarks:

For foreigners residing in Bangkok, apply at Immigration Division 1, located at the Government Complex, Building B, 2nd floor
Must submit the application in person and come back to receive the letter submitted in person on the date and time specified in the appointment card.
Prepare all necessary documents and request a queue ticket at the Queue Service Counter (NO.4) or make an appointment online here
If foreigners reside in other provinces, please contact the local Immigration office or Provincial Immigration office.
